This booklet contains information about the INSITE development checklist, a comprehensive developmental skill assessment for young multi handicapped sensory impaired children. The first section of the booklet is a general description of the checklist. The next section presents concurrent validity information about the checklist. Next, the use of the checklist in a home visit program is described which includes information on assessment procedures, writing goals and objectives based on the developmental skills, and planning developmental activities. The next section gives instructions for scoring and reporting checklist information, and the last section contains the profile and score sheets and the development checklist itself.
